Turbo Global Partners (TURBO) trading as DIBZ International, Inc. (OTC: DIBZ), enters into strategic partnership with US-China Education & New Media Corporation (US-CHINA ED MEDIA) .

Robert Singerman, CEO of TURBO states, “China possesses the largest cable systems on the planet and to be the production and digital arm helping deliver and aggregate education content between the US and China via TURBO’S WEB TV and Digital Platforms is a unique education and cultural exchange opportunity we had to seize.”  He continues, “Imagine a NetFlix model for new programming in partnership with CETV, China’s only National Education Broadcast Network, with a footprint reaching 85% of cities and provinces.  CETV education programs are required viewing in the nation’s K-12 classrooms, colleges and businesses.  The Network reaches a viewing audience in excess of 600-million via cross-platforms of television, Internet and Mobile.”

The terms of TURBO’s fifteen percent (15%) stake in US-CHINA ED MEDIA have not been released but William Teitelbaum, TURBO’s EVP is also US-CHINA ED MEDIA CEO and Co-Founder that forged the partnership with TURBO.  “I was honored to be appointed by CETV as its exclusive representative in the Americas for creating Production and Education Distribution collaborations with US Media companies, publishers and educational institutions for broad outreach across China and the Americas, and TURBO was the perfect solution.”

Teitelbaum continues, “We’ve assembled a world-class US-China team including our President Xiaolin Liu, an acclaimed Director, Producer and Educator and one of China’s most celebrated experts in the fields of Creativity. Mr. Liu is Chairman of the Chinese Documentary Media Industry Group and Chairman of China- Beijing Documentary Development Association. Mr. Liu is also President of Alibaba Films as well as serves as a Special Adviser to the President of CETV for New Media Projects.”
